Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Gold Fields Bursary Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
South African citizenship
Completed Grade 12 with strong results in Mathematics and Physical Science (minimum 60%)
Accepted or currently enrolled at a recognized South African university
Demonstrated financial need
Strong academic record with minimum 65% average
Must be willing to work at Gold Fields operations after graduation
Not in receipt of any other full-cost bursary
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents with their application:
Certified copy of South African ID document
Certified copy of Grade 12 certificate
Full academic record (if currently studying)
Proof of acceptance or registration at a recognized institution
A detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)
A motivational letter explaining your career aspirations
Proof of household income (parents'/guardians' payslips or affidavit)
